1 1/2 cups Flour 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt 1/2 cup Canola Oil
1 teaspoon Baking Soda 2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
 
In one bowl mix the dry ingredients on the left together. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients on the right together. Then mix the two together, pour into a greased loaf pan, and bake about 45-60 minutes in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes one large loaf.
