| 1 1/2 cups | Flour | 1 1/2 cups | Brown Sugar | | 1 teaspoon | Salt | 1/2 cup | Canola Oil | | 1 teaspoon | Baking Soda | 2 | Eggs, beaten | | 1/4 teaspoon | Baking Powder | 1 cup | Canned Pumpkin | | 1/4 teaspoon | Cloves | | 1/4 teaspoon | Allspice | | 1/4 teaspoon | Ginger | | 1/4 teaspoon | Nutmeg | | 1 teaspoon | Cinnamon | | | | In one bowl mix the dry ingredients on the left together. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients on the right together. Then mix the two together, pour into a greased loaf pan, and bake about 45-60 minutes in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes one large loaf. |
